The only reason I created this web page is because people have asked me to explain what goes on during a 1-Day Onsite StrategySession - so here goes.

How A 1-Day StrategySession Works

We meet together for a full, uninterrupted day, either at your place of business, or at our central Brisbane office.

The first half of the day is “diagnostic” in nature. I’ll ask you a whole tonne of questions about the current state of your business... your customers.... your metrics.... your products and services.... the competitive landscape... what’s working and what’s not.... how much revenue and profit you want to make, and how soon... and so on.

The second half is “prescriptive”.  We’ll go through each of your issues, concerns and problems in detail and I’ll prescribe SPECIFIC fixes for them.  In some cases I’ll immediately relieve any pain you’re experiencing right there and then.  In others I’ll send you home with a specific list of action steps, in prioritised order, for you to get started on.

Simply call Sarah Foster in my office on 1300 799 737 and let her know you want to book a 1-Day StrategySession with me.  Also tell her know the two or three main issues you wish to discuss, as well as what you’re looking to get out of the day.

She’ll relay that information to me, and if it’s a “go”, she’ll come back to you with a choice of available days (I only do one StrategySession per month). 

Once you’ve paid your 50% deposit, the date will be locked in and we’ll be ready to roll.

The current 1-Day StrategySession Investment is $3,000 + GST for Brisbane-based sessions, and $3,500 + GST for sessions outside of Brisbane. 

Seeing as most participants get at least one $100,000 strategy, plus another several $50,000 strategies out of these sessions, a price rise is on the cards for the near future. This is the lowest price you'll ever see.

Your investment is Money-Back Guaranteed:

If after our session, you don’t feel the strategy we develop will realistically add a minimum of 10 times your investment to your bottom line over the next 12 months, your deposit will be immediately returned to you in full, and you go on your merry way.
