Ouch – that was sneaky – I’m fairly new to IM and all, and fortunately (and unfortunately) still at the point where I do everything myself, so hopefully won’t have any similar problems – but definitely something to watch out for when and if I get to to the point of hiring people!

That provider doesn’t deserve to be called professional.

Two years ago, a buddy and me, secured a side job.
Webdesign, updating and webhosting for a certain organization.

It’s more of a personal agreement as one of the board of trustee of that org is also a friend of ours.

In the renegotiations of fees, we and the org disagreed on the pay and so the project was taken off us.

But we turned over all their data, login, etc without doing something bad like that.
