I agree that by enhancing the sales funnel, it can significantly enhance the prospect converting. I do find that getting the right leads is the most challenging when working with online sales. Thank you for sharing. :-)

Sales funnel is a great idea in getting qualified leads and potential customers. You can set up "funnels" in Google Analytics to see how your website visitors are reaching certain pages and you can optimize and adjust from there.

I totally agree with the three step approach. In essence I think that a web sales funnel is not really any different to face to face sales. You still need to qualify the prospect, do a needs analysis and then restate the value proposition and ask for the order. However, on the web we have the ability to plan, analyse, test and improve based on user metrix which are a very powerful tool.

Also, I am amazed at the level of competition. Google is constantly changing their criteria for adwords as well as seo optimization. Just when you have something working they go and change it on you.

You have depicted a useful diagram for Total Integration. Phases are in cycled one after the other. every phase completes its requirements and then the other phase starts. I think it would be a useful diagram to make strategy of any website. Thanks for sharing this informative article.
