Being nice is definitely something that needs more than training. One way to be nice is to listen to your customers patiently and customers like that, acknowledge them and talk to in a friendly manner, thats the least they would expect. And with this any customer will stick to you for sure.

Nice can go a long way in any business. I have found that good communication, respect and friendliness equals loyal customers. The fact that you acknowledge someone and are willing to talk to them, be friendly and help them with what they need will make them more likely to come back or recommend you to their friends. People will come to you even if someone else has a better or cheaper product.
