Good revisiting of practical marketing ideas backed up by guys that do it right - it&#039;s always good to get a healthy reminder of what works vs. what doesn&#039;t.

But I imagine it&#039;ll be pretty intense setting up and running one of these campaigns.  But then if done right, the money you make would definitely offset the effort.
