Over the past couple of years I&#039;ve made contact with dozens of web developers and interactive agencies in Sydney. Overwhelmingly their focus has been on production rather than helping their clients achieve their marketing goals.

It&#039;s not enough to have a pretty website. Sooner or later businesses will realise their website needs to get more than just compliments from friends and colleagues. It actually has to pay its way by delivering leads, sales or decreased costs - or a combination of these.
